you to get a free ticket for our raffle of ten
glorious holiday homes in Spain.

And how it's all legal and legitimate.

Thanks to a misguided law passed by the last US Congress, you have a chance to own one of ten delightful houses and studio suites worth up to 500,000 euros each (£350K/$675K) without it costing you even a penny.

How it works ...

How most people take part in the raffle free:

You invest in one of our 33,333 numbered hotel vouchers. If you come and stay in either of our hotels for three nights, when you check out we give you your money back, take what you paid for the voucher off your bill. That's it. No strings. Your voucher number still takes part in the raffle. Ten times. If your number is drawn you will win a house or studio suite valued up to half a million euros. No costs, no taxes, just the deed and a key and it's yours. If you have two vouchers we can apply them to a six night stay.

Another way to receive a free ticket for the raffle:

Perhaps you can't visit our hotels in the near future, before the drawings. In that case you still go ahead and invest in a numbered hotel voucher. When you eventually visit us --  after the drawings and anytime until the end of 2012  -- we give you back your original investment, take it straight off your bill. You will have participated in the raffle free.

Your third way to receive a free or almost free ticket for the raffle:

And in the case you live so far away you'll never be able to visit us, you can pay for a numbered hotel voucher (or two or three or more), wait until the drawings are over and if you win you can sell your new house, or rent it out for up to 40,000 euros a year (we can even manage the rentals for you).

But if you don't win, you can still sell your voucher -- remember they are good for their full face value -- and someone will surely want it. The only thing we can't guarantee is that you'll get back the full amount you paid for it. But it's like money, a valuable voucher to use in our hotels, and there are a lot of people on eBay to sell to. Or through a travel agent; twelve million tourists visit Mallorca every year. At least one of them will want to come to our hotel and use your vouchers.

Whatever you do with it, your numbered hotel voucher keeps its value, and your participation in the raffle comes free if you visit us, almost free if you don't.
